Isochron Systems LLC provides software engineering, IT consulting, and related technical contracting services. This page explains how to arrange services and where to find the terms that apply to your engagement.
Engagements and pricing
Contact isochronsystems@gmail.com to discuss your requirements and request a quote. Fees, currency, scope, billing schedule, and payment due dates are specified in your written agreement or quote before work begins. This website does not offer a self-service subscription or checkout.
Delivery and fulfillment
Services are delivered remotely. The engagement agreement establishes the work to be performed, its schedule, and any deliverables. Software and other work product are provided electronically through the channels agreed with the client. Physical shipping and physical returns do not apply.
Cancellation
To request cancellation or termination of an engagement, email isochronsystems@gmail.com. The notice period, effective termination date, and any amounts due are governed by your signed agreement. A cancellation request does not change that agreement’s notice requirements or remove payment obligations for services already performed.
Refunds and billing corrections
Fees for services already performed are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or expressly provided in your signed agreement. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for services already performed.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or paid an invoice twice, contact isochronsystems@gmail.com with your invoice reference. We will review the issue and correct any confirmed billing error. Any advance payments for services not yet performed are governed by your signed agreement.
Payments
Use the payment methods shown on your invoice. Do not send credit card numbers or bank credentials by email. If an invoice provides a payment-provider link, enter payment details only on that provider’s secure payment page.
Your agreement
Your signed consulting agreement governs your engagement, including confidentiality, ownership of work, and termination. This website provides general information and does not replace or amend an existing agreement.
